Privacy Policy

This site is a publication, not a service. There is no account to create, no form to fill in and no login. The sections below describe exactly what happens when you read a page.

Who is responsible

The publisher of this site is John, established in USA (contact: contact@ourdream.cyou). This publisher is the data controller for the limited processing described on this page.

This site is an independent affiliate publication. It is not operated by, and has no control over, OurDream.ai or its operator. For anything concerning an OurDream.ai account, payment or refund, see Contact.

What this site does not collect

• No account, no registration, no login.
• No contact form, no newsletter, no comment system, no file upload.
• No cookie is set by this site. It uses neither document.cookie nor browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage).
• No advertising tracker, no social pixel, no third-party profiling script.

The 18+ gate

The age confirmation runs entirely in your browser. It stores nothing on your device and transmits nothing: closing the tab resets it. It exists to keep adult content away from minors, not to identify anyone.

Audience measurement

Page views are counted with Umami, self-hosted on infrastructure controlled by the publisher. Umami is a cookieless, privacy-oriented analytics tool. It produces aggregate figures such as page path, referring source, country-level location, device type and browser language. It does not create a profile of you and does not follow you to other sites.

One additional event is recorded: when you click a link that leaves this site, the name of the destination domain and the page you clicked from are logged, so the publisher can tell which recommendations readers actually use. No identifier is attached, and the content of the destination page is never read.

The legal basis for this processing is the publisher's legitimate interest in measuring readership (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Because no cookie is set and no personal profile is built, no consent banner is displayed.

Clicking an affiliate link

Outbound commercial links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, you leave this site and a partner records the referral using its own technology, usually a cookie. From that moment the partner's privacy policy applies, not this one. Details of the commercial relationship are on the Editorial & Testing Policy page, and the disclosure also appears in the footer of every page.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of any personal data relating to you, and you may object to processing. Write to contact@ourdream.cyou. Because the analytics are aggregate and cookieless, the publisher may be unable to single out an individual record — in that case you will be told so plainly rather than given a vague answer.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

Retention

Raw analytics events are kept for the period configured on the Umami instance and are then aggregated or deleted. No individual visitor profile is retained.

No sale of data

No personal data collected through this site is sold, rented or traded. There is nothing to sell: the site holds no contact list and no customer records.

Children

This site is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at minors and no data is knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Substantive changes will be reflected here; there is no mailing list to notify.
